Late registration is now open for the Personal Trainer Prep Course, and registration closes Sunday, September 13.

If you've been thinking about earning your Certified Personal Trainer credential, now's the time to commit. Over eight weeks, you'll review anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, program design, and practice your skills in hands-on sessions.

We are open normal hours Saturday and Sunday this weekend, but all Campus Recreation facilities will be closed Monday, September 7 in observance of Labor Day and due to the home football game. 🏈
