Did you know… The American Heart Association recommends 1) At least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity at least 5 days per week for overall cardiovascular health AND 2) Moderate- to high-intensity muscle strengthening activity at least 2 days per week for additional health benefits. Strickly Gains incorporates cardio and strength exercises into training, ensuring each client is making progress towards their goals and following the AHA recommendation.

Foam rolling is essentially the road to muscle recovery, ask any of the Strickly Gains athletes, they see me foam rolling all the time. Benefits from foam rolling include: increased blood flow, increased range of movement, and decreased recovery time. I'm happy to demo the proper way to use a foam roller to help with recovery, you'll just have to workout with me first!

Nothing makes me happier than seeing clients make progress towards their goals. Today's post is dedicated to Strickly Gains athlete, Brandon, who will be competing along side me June 17th at the ATLAS Lift Off. Here's what Brandon has to say about his experience training with SG:
"I started training with Strickly Gains because I was unhappy with how out of shape I had gotten. I used to be able to motivate myself, but I continued falling short and finding excuses to miss the gym. I've had trainers before, and while they knew what they were doing you could tell it was just a job to them. Hannah genuinely loves training people and seeing their improvement. She literally gets excited when you begin to lift heavier or when you begin to see improvements in your body. I also like that no two sessions are the same. Hannah is so knowledgeable in fitness that she is constantly thinking of new workouts and different ways to challenge you. Her guidance doesn't end once your session is over either. She will continue to call or text you to check in and make sure you're still happpy with her work. I am lucky to train with Strickly Gains and proud to call Hannah my friend."
