It was an inspiring seminar this weekend with Tim Mcgill Sensei from the Shindai dojo in Orlando. The theme of the seminar was uplifting Aikido and focused heavily on kokyunage movements. On a deeper level is about using aikido members do uplift the individual. We were able to shoot some demo videos showing the power of kokyunage techniques.
