Our classes are geared for all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. Our certified personal trainers will work with you to help you reach your goals.

Just wanted to give an update on the gym.
We have decided to end evening classes to focus more on personal training. We still have a 6am class on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Our Saturday classes are open to the public. Saturday classes are 9am-10am and combine high intensity conditioning with strength training. The workouts are challenging but as with all of our classes, we provide plenty of modifications. Cost is $15.
I have several available spots for personal training or partner training.
