We hope today was everything you hoped it would be and just a little glimpse of how incredibly special this year is going to be. Soak it ALL in…the big moments, the little moments, the lasts you see coming and even the ones you don’t.

We love you guys so much and are beyond excited to be alongside you for this final lap. 🥹 Here’s to the BEST year yet! 🎓❤️🖤

After three incredible shows yesterday🎉🎉🎉, we are now down to our last two shows today, ending with a very special graduating senior sendoff.

Our hearts can already feel the quiet ache of this final moment on stage together.🥹

We’re preparing ourselves for a wonderful day of dance and for a day we know will be beautiful, and full, and a little hard to hold.

Today, we honor something more than a performance…
We honor years of growth, of courage, of becoming.

We are SO excited to see all of these amazing dancers take the stage today! We truly couldn’t have asked for a more incredible group, and we already know they are going to shine so bright out there 💫

Today is such a special moment for each and every one of them and their hard work, dedication, and passion all coming together in one unforgettable performance. We can’t wait to cheer them on right alongside all of you and watch them make you so proud!

Our lovely DFS dancers are lighting it up BLUE in honor of World Autism Awareness Day today!

Today, we proudly stand together in support of the autism community as we celebrating differences, embracing inclusion, and honoring every unique voice.

We are incredibly grateful for our amazing staff, whose commitment to our students reflect how deeply we care about making a meaningful impact.

Here in Tallahassee, we remain dedicated to serving our community with compassion, understanding, and respect. Every step we take, big or small, brings us closer to a more inclusive and supportive world for individuals with autism and their families.

Together, we can raise awareness, foster acceptance, and create lasting change. 💙

Flashback Friday to last weekend at our first regional competition and what an incredible first competition of the season it was! Our hearts are so full!

To see how all of the hard work, perseverance, and commitment paid off was overwhelming in the best way, but what stood out the most was not just the dancing. It was who you all were to each other as a dance family. We saw and heard teammates cheering loudly from the audience, encouraging one another backstage, celebrating every moment together. That kind of environment doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because of the character of the dancers and families in this studio being intentional about who you want to be.

We had so many moments this weekend that made me incredibly proud. Parents from other studios came up to tell us how much they loved the energy our dancers brought into the room. They commented on how encouraging our audience was and how much they enjoyed watching our choreography and performers. One studio even said they would love to send their dancers to train with us for a week, which was such a sweet compliment. Whether they realized it or not, it just showed the impact you all made on so many people this weekend.

And then there are the results… placing consistently in the overall categories is absolutely phenomenal. Where we did not win first place, we took second in all but two, and definitely continued throughout the rest of the line. You all have worked so hard and it was so great to see it all pay off!

We also want to say a huge thank you to our parents. Everyone was amazing pitching in and making sure everyone had what they needed. It truly takes a village to run a competition weekend and because of all of you, so much ran so smoothly.

To the parents, we hope this weekend was incredibly special for you. There is something so special about seeing your dancer step on stage for the first time in their costume, under the lights, after months of hard work. Watching them shine at their first competition was so wonderful and to our seniors… this weekend was extra special. Watching the start of some of your final moments competing together and watching you absolutely slay your solos is something I will always treasure. You all were Sooooo Good!

Thank you all for the heart, the sportsmanship, the dedication, and the pride you showed on that stage this weekend. It was amazing! Let’s do it again soon!😉
