Today we gather in our Gyms with many different thoughts in our minds. The pursuit to conquer goals, battle through limits, and overcome the person we were yesterday. All things forward progress. But there is something that is not at the front of our minds...Fear of an attack on our city, state, or country.

On April 18th, 1942, the United States of America showed its resilience like it never had before after the enemy thought it could destroy all hope and morale by attacking our Pacific fleet at Pearl Harbor. On that day, 80 men had the option to choose whether or not they would go through with the plans to attack Japan after being forced to leave their carriers early, knowing they would not have enough fuel to return. All 80 chose to fly. You know the outcome of the story. Since that day, the United States of America has proven and maintained to be the most powerful military force in the world.

The United States of America has shown her resilience from her birth to this very moment today. While there are moments of unrest, civil conflict, bipartisan friction, and what sometimes feels like a loss of hope no matter what you believe or who you vote for... The United States of America is still the best country on this earth, with the Freedoms preserved by those who gave their all to protect them.

Today, we salute those who gave all.

Have weak hip flexors?

Try this strengthening exercise to benefit from stronger hip flexors muscles!

How to execute:
1. Weigh down opposing foot
2. Sit to the very edge and bring opposite knee as close to chest as possible
3. Engage core as you lean back
4. Use hip flexor muscles of weighed down foot to control torso moving forward and backward

Why do strong hip flexors matter?

Exercises that significantly benefit from strong hip flexors include lunges, squats, mountain climbers, leg raises, and deadlifts, all of which require hip flexion and stability for proper ex*****on

The incline Hammer Strength press is a great chest exercise for solo lifters, beginners, or athletes recovering from a shoulder injury. It targets the pectoralis major (chest), anterior deltoid (shoulders), triceps brachii, and even the biceps brachii.

Unlike traditional barbell presses, each handle moves independently, helping to correct muscle imbalances and prevent overuse of one side. It also provides a controlled range of motion, reducing strain on the shoulders while maximizing chest activation.
