Kicking off the Iron Vault Classic with a true test of grit Max Sandbag to Shoulder. Using a rising bar format, athletes can jump in and out at any time — but be warned: one failed attempt and you’re out.
• Sandbag can be picked from any position
• Chalk and supportive equipment are permitted (tacky is not)
• To receive a good lift, the sandbag must be clearly supported on your shoulder and held under control for the down command — resting it on your chest will not count.
