Early morning training at its finest. Push ups/planks and endless serving to targets. We worked transition game today focusing on loading up the bag of tricks with weapons. Finished on an abundance of returns and serves.

A few snaps from yesterday’s ELITE session (runs Tuesdays/Thursdays 4pm-5:30pm). Here we ran the kids through 18-19-20 drill to both corners which requires the kiddos to hit into a 5ft x 13.5ft (half court) box. The first 17 balls that land inside are in no particular order, however 18/19/20 have to be in a row. This requires complete focus and discipline with shot trajectory, and tremendous mental toughness. There is a 6 minute time limit to get this job done. No one completed it yesterday but came close. 💪🏽🫵🏻 Onto the next.
