Hi Cycle House fam! 🩵 On Saturday, May 30th, we’re holding a PR day in place of our normal schedule. You are invited to our photographed ride - our community makes us special and we want to showcase your positive energy! ⚡️💪🏽 The time block is 930a-11a: the first 30 minutes is for photographs and the remaining hour is a power-hour ride where you will experience ALL of our instructors and modalities! We ask that you please stay for the entirety of the time if you choose to sign up, and that you wear black, blue, or white to be photographed! We can’t wait to ride with you ⭐️🚴‍♂️🩵

Happy Member Spotlight Monday to our lovely ✨CRIM✨

We asked her about why she chose to join the Cycle House community and she said, “I wanted to invest in myself, I wanted to meet likeminded people who prioritize health and joy, and I wanted to schedule weekly time to sweat. CH was the perfect culmination of these three.”

You’ve probably seen Crim around the studio as she frequently “doubles.” 🔁 When we asked her what keeps her motivated to ride, Crim said, “It depends and changes so often. Sometimes I need to clear my head, other times my body misses cycling, other times I miss my community, and sometimes it’s about keeping a commitment to myself.”

Crim described her favorite music to ride to as, “So many and depends on whether we’re doing hills, flat road, or speed. I love singalong songs that play everywhere (like Sabrina Carpenter) and I love niche electronic music with intense bass. It’s genuinely a good vibe no matter the song.” 🎤🎸

Between a sweet treat and a savory snack, Crim has a strategy: “Savory to start, sweet to change the vibe, then savory again because the sweet made my head hurt. Both? Both.” 🥨🍫🍿
