11th Annual Strong Like Nicole Deadlift Competition at CCB this Saturday, September 27th. Let’s get together for a great day of lifting and fellowship in remembrance of Nicole Sivyer, who left us far too soon. If you never knew Nicole we hope that you can get to know her to a small degree this weekend

Weigh ins begin at 9am. Lifting begins at 10am. All are welcome and there is no fee for spectators. There will be pizza for all after awards

February Member is Andelino. Extremely proud of this guy. He’s a stand up individual who is one of the toughest and hardest workers in the gym. He’s also the first person to volunteer to help with events or projects. If you can out work Andelino you’re on the way. Look forward to watching his continued progression in multiple strength sports!

*Attention 75kg men, you will be lifting in the morning to balance the sessions out

*Attention 90kg men, you will be balanced between flights C and D (current flights will change slightly after weigh ins)
