Sunday work today. Got the butter from the duck in today session. I promise all athletes leave the season better than they started the season. WE COMPETE!!

motto is “WE COMPETE” . Every track meet we had somebody in the top 3 sometimes multiple athletes. We still have spots open ages 5-14 yrs old at registration link in bio . Don’t have your football kids playing year round tackle when they can train to get faster.

We hope that everyone is safe with minimal or no damage after the hurricane. We know it's been a tough time in the city . We are shut down for this week but will start practice back up next week Weds 10/23 at 630PM. If you are registered please check email as we sent out updated information with schedule, locations and times. We look forward to seeing everyone there. Again we hope everyone made it out safe with no minimal damage and we can't wait to see everyone next week.
