Prioritize health and well-being to sustain long-term productivity. You can find time for self-care as a business owner or professional by intentionally:
𝟭.𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: While having a plan is important, flexibility is crucial. Be prepared to adjust as necessary.
𝟮. 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 Setting and respecting boundaries, such as no work during personal time, helps maintain balance.
𝟯. 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Assign tasks where possible to focus on high-impact activities only.

The Pareto principle works. The only struggle I see most entrepreneurs having is staying consistent with the tasks that have the highest impact on their business. Examples of high-impact tasks typically fall into these categories:
