Pigeon to dolphin 🐬 → Dolphin to toe stand → Toe stand to pyramid 🔺→ Pyramid to flying baby crow 🍼🐦‍⬛ (Think Funky Arms with one baby crow leg + one firefly leg 🧚‍♂️)

The problem is that a pose like floating camel, or a transition like easy pose twist to bird dog does not come to mind easily at 9pm on a Sunday!! Creative transitions are hard to invent on demand, even when you are good at this! 🫣

Having to come up with ways to turn the student all the way around the mat issss not easy!

Sequencing is not one job.., It is like six jobs stacked on top of each other 🫣

You are trying to make it creative, but still accessible. Advanced enough to challenge your regulars, but do-able for a newbie. You want the flow to link up well, instead of stopping and starting. And you are doing all of that on a Sunday night when your brain is already done for the day 🥲
