Wellness is an active process of making
choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. ...
Wellness is especially important as we age
because regular exercise and proper nutrition
can help prevent a variety of ailments
including cardiovascular disease, obesity, and
fall risk behaviors.
Looking at wellness in all those areas and how
it applies to our overall lifestyles.
What are some healthy habits we can start
today or some habits we can look at changing
to make a positive impact on our wellness.

I know sometimes we feel like we will never reach our goals but remember as long as you’re taking steps towards it you’re getting closer. yesterday might’ve been A big step or a small step, but it’s still a step towards it. So as long as you continue to take those steps you’ll get there. If you need help to see what the steps look like comment (steps) below ⬇️

Consistency is the key! It doesn’t have to be an extreme workout every day, but we need to move our bodies consistently. Here’s an example of what that can look like. Get in 2 to 4 solid workouts a week, run two days and get in at least one 30 minute mobility flow a week. This routine can always look different depending on your fitness level, mobility needs and schedule, but at the end of the day the idea is that we move our bodies consistently.
