Sound Bath ..
This evening is an invitation to step out of urgency and into ritual—a slower, more intentional way of being that supports the nervous system and restores inner steadiness.Held in a candlelit, supportive space, we will create simple, grounding rituals using movement, stillness, shared presence, warmth, and sound. These ritual elements are offered not as techniques to master, but as gentle doorways into calm, connection, and embodied ease.The focus is on creating a sense of safety and coherence through repetition, intention, and collective resonance. You may be invited into moments of movement, stillness, reflection, listening, or rest—always with choice and respect for your own boundaries.

The evening includes Japa Meditation, Trataka candle gaze meditation, Tea Ceremony and a deeply restorative sound bath to support integration and deep rest.

Beautiful friend Jenn Bodhi is collaborating with me from Santa Barbra. March 13-15 there are many opportunities to dive into the creative spirit with Using your body and sound as natural medicine to find sacred portals of healing.
