Nationals 2021 will always be special — the night my wife finally earned her IFBB Pro Card in both Women’s Physique and Women’s Bodybuilding 🏆💪

What made it even sweeter was the journey it took to get there. After coming up just one placing short of a pro card multiple times, she refused to let setbacks define her. She showed up again and again, proving that persistence and grit always win in the end.

This was the moment all of that hard work, sacrifice, and resilience paid off. Forever proud of you ❤️

5 Days Out… Twice.
On the left ➡️ Yadi was 5 days out from the Tupelo Pro (4 weeks ago; 120.8)
On the right ➡️ Yadi is 5 days out from the Heart of Texas Pro (today; 122.5)
- 2 pounds heavier, but better

Both pictures show the same countdown, but completely different physiques. The difference? Weeks of adjustments, precision, and relentless work.

That’s the beauty of bodybuilding—you can be “5 days out” more than once, but each time tells a different story of growth, refinement, and progression.

Yadi is proving why she’s a Wellness Pro—showing up sharper, fuller, and better every single time.

Late post from Hurricane bay ‘24 with two of my figure clients. ended her first season with me with a 1st in 50+ Masters & 2nd in Open class D. Couldn’t be more proud of her coming back from a car accident and bad shoulder injury 2 years ago. Time to put on size in the right areas to be undeniable next year! First offseason together is going to be epic!

started off our season with a sweep of the entire show lol. 1st in 35+, 40+, Novice, along with Open C & took the overall 🥇 we have been shooting for an overall since the first time we started working together a few years ago. Felt good to finally get one. But work isn’t finished, 2 more shows to go this year before we shut it down

On the left: Bikini pro debut @ 108 pounds -> On the right: Wellness pro debut 124 pounds. Difference of 16 pounds in stage weight! This is about a 4 year difference for

(Hair gains in this time frame are almost as impressive as the physique changes lol)

We have came a long way together! Very proud of what we have been able to build in the last 4 years. Landing 9th and 8th in our first wellness pro shows this year. With the main critique being to bring the quads in bigger. Also tightening things up a bit more for the next time we cross the stage. I never have to question her work ethic or consistency.. she is always locked in, and as coachable as it comes. Doing things the correct way takes time and I’m glad Yadi understands that. There is a life after bodybuilding and we don’t want to sacrifice that for fast success. Winning one day at a time

The dedication and consistency with from the beginning has been top notch. Only 18 years old and his maturity within bodybuilding is unlike anyone I’ve worked with. This was only a glimpse at the bright future he has ahead of him. We are just getting started.

Late post on IFBB WPD client . Getting 6th place out of a stacked 20 girls at one of the biggest WPD shows of the year. 15k for 1st place, so everyone was gunning for this show. If only people knew half of what Rachel has been through to get to this spot! Amazing perseverance and consistency. And earned her first show check ever! We’ve consistently placed better every show and continue to get better & better. Now we have our heads down to improve even more for !

2 pro shows, 2 wins. We set out for these two shows at the beginning of this year. Jeff was just coming off of a complete bicep tear the year previously after winning pro card. And we had a lot of work ahead of us. Jeff is a workhorse and never lost sight of our goal and he came out of this with his best overall package he’s ever had. We really nailed this peak for Worlds and presented an excellent balance of conditioning, balance/symmetry and proportions. Age Is just a number, and Jeff proves that every single day! Enjoy this win and soak it all in with 🤙🏻

Great weekend for team Flofit at the Tampa Pro/AM!

received 4th in true novice and 4th in open for first show ever. We worked for a year & a half for this show to add improvements needed, and it showed. Tons of potential! Excited for Hurricane bay in 11 weeks to see how much we can improve.

earned 3rd place in light heavys! Where he was easily outsized by 20 pounds. But we brought the conditioning! The peaking process went exactly how we wanted and couldn’t have asked for a better overall package. Now to transition to health phase, and start of offseason

Both clients allowed me to take my time in offseason, and stayed consistent and coachable throughout. And it definitely paid off 🤙🏻

Late post on last weekend as Flofit figure athlete placed 2nd up in Pennsylvania for her first show of the year. Came improved from last year, but still have few things to get better on before we take on Masters Nationals later this year 🤙🏻

3 year difference for Flofit Figure competitor ! Last year was our first season together and we made quite a few improvements. Very proud of how far she has come since she started her journey. The added muscle has really started to balance out her physique to better meet the figure requirements. Just need a bit more added on and she will be ready to return to the National stage to compete with the best in the country! #2023
