Congratulations to our client .fitness and her husband on their recent wedding! 💍 ❤️
Over the past year, Sarah has been working with us to improve her health and relationship with training and nutrition.
In the final four months leading up to her big day, we implemented a focused wedding prep phase designed to help her look and feel her absolute best.
Together, we were able to lose 10 pounds while restoring her metabolic health and significantly improving her body composition and overall wellness.
When Sarah first started, she was caught in a cycle of overtraining, under eating, and doing multiple workouts per day which led to chronic inflammation and fatigue on her body making fat loss nearly impossible.
Using a more strategic approach (our 5-2 Method) we helped her reduce the fatigue, build a healthier routine, and get her body in a position to respond again - just in time for one of the most important days of her life.
We are so proud of everything she accomplished and honored to have been part of her wedding day.
