I’m not stopping until I’m the healthiest, happiest and wealthiest version of myself, respectfully 💕
Focusing on all the reasons ‘we can’ instead - ‘we can’t’
What would be a dream come true if you weren’t afraid to fail?
Story Time 👇🏼
I used to hear ‘No’ and ‘we can’t’ a lot when I was growing up cause we didn’t have a lot of money, my sibling was sick and that was really scary for my mom.
I realized once I got older, that fear is what holds most of us back
Scared of getting hurt and having to go to the dr
Scared of breaking something expensive
Afraid that one day we might have to go hungry, or homeless
Saying no to things I wanted to do cause I knew we didn’t have the money to do it at the time
When I became an adult I was insistent on eliminating that fear that held me back from so much
Cause I was excited about the idea of who I could be - the best version of myself that I could be IRL
- But seriously y’all I thought to myself…
‘I’m just a girl, how am I even gunna do this
🙈😫’
I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but in my eyes, it was simple
And every chapter of my life, when I look back and see how far we’ve come,
I’m reminded me of that little girl, and that dream, and how proud she’d be if I could go back and tell her everything
And every time I see my family thriving and where we are today,
It made each and every thing that was hard or uncomfortable or scary to get there,
Worth it.
Every. Single. Time
So, I’ll ask you again,
Who would you be, if achieving your dreams wasn’t so scary?
Share in the comments what’s your dream for you and your family?
And if you need help getting started, or your feeling stuck on your journey,
Let’s talk about what we can do next 💕

We cannot take a 💊 or 💉 or 🍵
Or wave a magic wand,
And magically expect to grow and change, dramatically
But everyday we wake up, is an opportunity to go get whatever it is, and earn it 💪🏼
Everyone you see, that got where you want to be, or got where they are - they all had to start somewhere,
just like you
and just like me
It will never be perfect, you just have to start 🤙🏼

Jeffs story:
Jeff is a client I’ve had this summer who is hardworking and intentional about being a great husband and father to his family.
Jeff did everything I asked him to do.
- based on his goals and while his life was challenging.
Jeff understood and committed.
And Jeff got results 💪🏼🤷🏼♀️
Jeff is an incredible client and we worked well together because his values aligned with the program, and he stayed as disciplined to the structure I gave him, as much possible, every step of the way.
LFG! So proud of my client for being an absolute legend! I’m so grateful to be a part of your growth and contribute to your success.
Your success should be an inspiration to us all!
I truly have the best job in the world and get to work with some absolutely incredible and dedicated people

Top 3 Things You Should Know About Why Mobility Work Is Important!
Hey Ya'll! Some of you were curious about Mobility workouts in my last post so I thought I would elaborate some more on that!
It's not just another trend. Integrating mobility exercises into your routine is crucial for our Performance and Recovery, especially as we get older and if we are just getting back to exercising. Here's why:
1. Enhances Performance 💪
Mobility work improves your range of motion, allowing you to perform exercises with better form. This means you can squat deeper, reach further, and lift heavier without strain.
Ex: Deep lunges become easier, enhancing your leg workouts.
2. Reduces Risk of Injury ❌
Tight muscles and stiff joints are injuries waiting to happen when doing intense workouts or heavy lifting. Regular mobility exercises warms everything up, keeps your joints lubricated and your muscles flexible, reducing the risk of injury.
Ex: Shoulder rotations can prevent rotator cuff injuries.
3. Speeds Up Recovery ✅
Mobility work can help your muscles recover faster post-workout by improving blood circulation and reducing muscle stiffness. Keeping you training and avoiding injuries an unnecessary pain.
Ex: Gentle hip circles aid in alleviating lower back pain post-deadlifts.
🏋️♂️ Bonus Tip: Mobility Improves Daily Life
Mobility work isn't just for the gym. It improves your overall quality of life by making daily activities easier and pain-free. From bending over to pick up your kids to reaching for that top shelf, you'll move through life with ease.
Ex: Regular functional movement exercises can make sitting at a desk all day less taxing on your shoulders, neck and back.
Mobility work can speed up recovery, reducing muscle soreness and stiffness. Simple stretches or using a foam roller can make a world of difference in how quickly you bounce back.
