FRIDAY 10/3 – CARDIO HIIT
SATURDAY 10/4 – STRENGTH ENDURANCE

🔥 Conditioning Testing – 9:10 AM

One way or another, this program ends with effort, sweat, and progress. Show up. Lock in. Leave it all on the floor.

🏋️ Monday – Strength Lower Body + Back Squat Testing. Time to hit depth and lift heavy. Let’s set some new PRs!

💨 Tuesday – Cardio Summit: This session is meant to push your cardiovascular endurance. Let’s climb!

💪🏼Wednesday – Strength Upper Body + Military Press Testing. Shoulders locked in—let’s see what you’re made of!

⚡ Thursday – Cardio HIIT: Short bursts, max effort, serious burn. Push your limits!

⚖️ Friday – Balanced: Perfect mix of strength, core and mobility.

🤝 Saturday – CrewFit: The ultimate team workout. Show up and show out. Community + Challenge = 🔥

🚀 Sunday – Peak: Hyrox full-body performance test. Finish the week strong!
