An amazing meal with friends last night. From the shrimp fritti wrapped in prosciutto, to the table side mozzarella made from scratch, to the tortello pasta stuffed with spinach and sage and egg yolk, the tagliolini ragu, to our main, a whole dry aged Rohan duck, and finally, the desserts (pistachio gelato, esspresso gelato, olive oil cake with orange maramlade and amaretto, and burnt cheesecake with sweet plantains). Everything was perfect, food, service, drinks, and friends.

Fun date night with some friends last night.

This is Catholic School Week and our School allowed parents to come in on Tuesday to work on a special art project with our children. The artwork was donated to a great charity that provides beds, furniture, household items, and artwork to families in need. Grayson art will one day soon be hanging in a child’s room.
