💞October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To show our support, it’s Wear Pink Wednesdays all month long.

💓October 7th, for every attendee who wears pink to our Tampa or Naples studio, Core Reform will donate $5 to the 2026 Komen Tampa Bay More Than Pink Walk team of our member and breast cancer survivor, Reshma Patel. Can’t make it? Link in our bio to show her your support and donate directly!

💕October 10th, TECO along with Midtown Tampa will host Move for a Cure, a free Health & Wellness event on the Commons. It’s the community kick-off for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Tampa Bay Walk. Tampa General Hospital and Mammolink’s 3D mobile mammography unit will be on-site to offer mammogram screenings. REQUIRED in-studio (intensive) training dates:
Friday, November 13, 2026 | 12:30-6:30pm
Saturday, November 14, 2026 | 12pm- 6pm
Sunday, November 15, 2026 | 11:30am- 5:30pm

Certification does not expire and includes lifetime access to Lagree Academy, the official online training portal! Training includes use of your own megaformer, dedicated time on the mic to experience teaching a full class, sequence creation, hands-on corrections, advice and guidance from an experienced studio owner, and more.

*Enrollment ends October 30
*Must have completed a minimum of 30-50 classes and completed all of the online coursework on Lagree Academy prior to November 13

After completion of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to audition for an instructor role at over 850+ Lagree studios worldwide! Join the rapidly growing Lagree community today! ✨
