MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

✅ THIS ROLE IS HIGH-INTENSITY STAGE WORK & REQUIRES STAFF WHO CAN PERFORM THESE DUTIES:
- Catch and safely guide crowd surfers (for front of stage & stage barricade positions)
- Hold position along barricades under heavy crowd pressure
- Assist with pit operations, emergency clear-outs, and crowd-flow management
- Work in extremely loud, high-action environments for extended periods
- Stand, walk, and lift continuously throughout the shift
- Maintain secure access control
