A simple explanation of how the food we consume and the energy we expend affects our weight.
Eccentric pull ups are a great way to increase the amount of pull ups you can do, improve pull up technique as well as grip strength. The focus is on the negative (eccentric) phase of a pull up. The goal is to go down from the top position as slowly as possible. At the bottom of each rep you can jump back up into the top position or use a box to get back up.

There are alot of factors involved in losing fat. Patience is a big part of the pie. Once you know what to do you have to be able to execute it over and over (consistency) and then wait for the results (patience).
