Rome wasn’t built over night.
Nothings ever been handed out, you have to put in the effort every single day. The grind doesn’t care if you wake up tired.
I feel so blessed to wake up everyday. Treat everyday like this your last. If you have clothes, you wake up, you have food on your table you’re beyond blessed.
Moral of the story wake up everyday ready to make a difference for you and everyone around you!!

4 years ago I remember sitting at this fountain pondering. Seeing the bright lights, the people on vacation, people living there best lives.
Pondering on what my calling was. What my future held after this vacation. I knew what I wanted, I wanted to help other achieve there goals. Help them Become better versions of them selves. That plane ride home I was determined to make that happen through personal training.
Fast forward 4 years I been training clients for 4 years, meeting new people and becoming the best coach I can be.
Where will you be in the next 4 years? Everyday is a stepping stone for the future, step wisely

In order to grow you must be willing to step out of your comfort zone. I stepped out of my comfort zone 5 years ago when I decided I wanted to start helping others become healthier better versions of them selves.
Learn what works and what doesn’t Everyone is different. But when in the big picture we’re all the same.

One of my all time favorite exercises. A little different then you’re traditional lawnmowers with one knee on the bench. Try these by keeping the back parallel with the ground, think about pulling your elbow to you’re back hip and watch the back gains flourish
