🧤 INFIELD TRAINING | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Focused defensive development covering:
• Footwork & first-step quickness
• Soft hands & clean transfers
• Lateral movement & body control
• Arm action & throwing accuracy
• Infield IQ & decision-making

🌪️ OUTFIELD TRAINING | 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Game-speed outfield training emphasizing:
• Route efficiency & angles
• Catching on the move
• Crow hop & throwing power
• Communication & situational awareness
• Playing fast while staying under control

⚡️SPEED TRAINING (BUILT INTO THE DAY)
Players will also work on:
• Sprint mechanics & max velocity
• Change-of-direction mastery
• Powerful swing mechanics
• Timing, rhythm & barrel control
