We’re rolling into WEEK 6 of our 52-week challenge, and this one is going to test your grit, heart, and determination!

The Challenge: 4 rounds – Each round kicks off with a 400m run, and then… 💥

While the photo might give the impression that this week’s challenge involves swinging around on resistance bands like a ninja, let’s be clear: swinging from resistance bands is not recommended (no matter how fun it looks)! Let’s stick to the dumbbells, folks! 😂

This week’s challenge is 🔥 and guaranteed to make you feel like a total boss. Here’s what you’ve got:

10 Rounds Every 2 Minutes of:
💥 4 DB Deadlifts
💥 4 DB Push-Ups
💥 4 Devil’s Press
💥 4 DB Front Squats
💥 4 DB Step-Ups (Box height: 20 inches)

Recommended Weights:
💪 Women: 25-35 lbs
💪 Men: 35-50 lbs

(Scale up, down, or sideways as needed to ensure you can crush all 10 rounds within the 2-minute time cap!)

Pro Tips:
• Pace yourself—those 2 minutes sneak up fast!
• Choose a weight that challenges you but doesn’t compromise form.
• Don’t forget to warm up and stretch!

Alright, team, we’re in Week 3, and it’s time to turn up the heat! This week’s challenge is short, spicy, and guaranteed to leave you feeling like a champion.

Here’s the plan:

Every 2 minutes for 5 rounds (10 minutes total):
🏃 Run 100m
💥 20 V-Ups
🔥 Then, crank out as many bodyweight squats as you can with the time left!

Your goal? Push yourself to beat your own numbers every round. Whether it’s an extra squat or a faster sprint, give it your all and keep the energy high!

Remember:
• Fast runs, tight V-Ups, and strong squats.
• Quality > Quantity—form is key!
• Most importantly, HAVE FUN.
