in 1994 Phil Hanneck packed two left shoes, borrowed his hotel mates that were two sizes too big then proceeded to break the mens Publix Gasparilla Distance Classic 15K record in 42:35🔥

In 2018 Sara Hall out kicked Stephanie Bruce in the finish chute to set a new course record on the women's side of the Gasparilla Distance Half Marathon in 1:12:01 taking down the prior record set by Jennifer Rhines in 2015.

This week we're spotlighting our charity partner, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, because our mission is supporting the organizations that support this community's youth. Michelob Ultra Challenge races are sold out — a charity bib is your way in. Run for BBBS, help create the next Kristen-and-Alivia story.

Tomorrow morning, we'll be at the NEW dog park at Curtis Hixon Park for National Dog Day. Bring your goodest boy or girl, let them do some zoomies, come say hi.
