Motivation gets you started, but if you want to see results, you need to build discipline. Discipline builds habits over time & that’s how you see lasting change. Set specific times in your phone calendar for your workouts and treat them like appointments you don’t cancel. The more you practice choosing long-term results over short-term comfort, the stronger your mental muscle gets. And if you miss a day, don’t spiral, ask yourself why and then get back on track the next day. Discipline isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being resilient. 💪🏻
