STUDIO POLICIES 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR

PRICE CHANGES
30 minutes= $50
45 minutes = $75
1 hour = $100

If money is an issue, please contact me as I always will work with families to handle challenges with their incomes or changes in employment status of parents. I will never allow money to stand in the way of you getting the training you need.

CANCELLATIONS
24 HOURS NOTICE OR PAY FOR SLOT NO EXCEPTIONS

Explanation:
My studio is a pay as you go studio due to the performing careers of my students. However, just like every other music teacher I count on my income and fill the spots if you cancel. Therefore , I need at least 24 hours or you pay. Please don’t make me explain this every time or beg me for mercy haha…just follow the rules and we are fine. Even if it’s an unusual circumstance or illness, I still ask that you pay for it if it’s less than 24 hour notice. Most studios bill monthly, but since I do not, the loss to you is far less than if you are forced to pay for 4 per month.

CHANGES:

My schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday morning and Saturday. No other days are currently available except online and in emergencies.

You can cancel through the link online or just text me. As you know, I get bombarded weekly with a very large amount of texts. I enjoy hearing from you always but cancelling or changing your lesson yourself if more ‘foolproof’

CASH, Venmo, PayPal, APPLE PAY or Zelle are fine.

Honestly, cash if my favorite so if any is able to do this it is always appreciated.

COVID

If you feel you’ve been exposed to COVID or have symptoms please do your lesson online. I am continuing my hybrid format of
live or online lessons and plan to keep some safety measures in place in my studio. I did find out I had COVID by getting an anti body test. I’ve never tested positive so I’m unsure when I had it.
