What is one thing you wish you could say no to without feeling guilty?
Let’s talk about it…
Because sometimes the struggle is not just saying “no.”
Sometimes the struggle is the fear of disappointing people, being misunderstood, or feeling like you are no longer being loving.
But boundaries are not rejection.
And saying no does not mean you are failing people.
If this is something you have been struggling with, a Free Introductory Session may help you begin uncovering what is underneath the guilt, fear, and pressure to keep everyone happy.
Schedule your Free Introductory Session and let’s start getting to the root together.

Have you ever noticed how easy it is to help other people, but how difficult it can be to ask for help yourself?
Many Christian women carry burdens alone, not because they want to, but because somewhere along the way they learned that asking for help felt unsafe, uncomfortable, or even weak.
What if the struggle to ask for help isn't actually the root issue?
Next week, I'll be leading a free 6-Day Teaching Series called:
Why Christian Women Struggle to Ask for Help
We'll explore what may be hiding beneath self-reliance, fear, disappointment, rejection, control, and trust issues using a biblical approach.
What do you think makes it hard for people to ask for help?
If this is something you would like to explore more deeply, I would love to invite you to join the Getting To The Root Together Skool Community, where the entire series will be taught.

Have you ever carried pain from a church experience longer than you expected?
Not because you wanted to hold on to it, but because something in that experience touched a deeper place in you.
Sometimes church hurt is not just about what happened.
It is about what it caused you to believe about people, trust, safety, God, and yourself.

Church hurt can make you feel trapped.
Not only because of what happened to you, but because of what started growing inside you after it happened.
Some people leave church feeling hurt.
Others leave believing they can never trust people again.
What happened was the wound.
But the belief that grew from it became the root.

Some Christian women don’t really struggle with anxiety.
They struggle with control.
And control often grows from fear.
If everything has to go your way before you feel safe, there may be a deeper root God wants to address.
The issue may not be that you need to “calm down.” The issue may be that fear has taught you to manage everything so you don’t feel vulnerable, disappointed, or out of control.
But God does not want you living bound to fear disguised as responsibility.
If this speaks to you, this may be the moment to stop managing the symptoms and start getting to the root.
Schedule a Root Discovery Session so we can begin uncovering what may be underneath the control and what God wants to heal, restore, and uproot in your life.

Have you ever walked into a room and immediately started comparing yourself to someone else?
Comparison is often a symptom.
What do you think the root might be?

You pray for confidence.
God keeps exposing insecurity.
Why?
Because confidence is often the fruit.
Identity is the root.
Until you know who you are in Christ, you will keep looking for validation from people.

Sometimes you keep saying yes when deep down you really want to say no. It may not be because you are being kind or loving. It may be because you are scared of what people will think if you disappoint them. Many Christian women call this being nice, but God may be showing you that there is a deeper root issue that needs healing.
So be honest with yourself: do you struggle more with disappointing other people or disappointing yourself?
