Had a little setback.

Mom was admitted to the hospital for surgery. To say stressful is an understatement.

This week has been no gym and nutrition has been lacking. Lacking in the way of really no food or small amounts.

She is home now and I will be heading back to my place tomorrow. I know life happens but if I’m training “to be on stage” and not following through it won’t work.

How do people do this?

Day 1

Intense leg (quad) day.

I have decided to train for wellness competition
I have a trainer and since he steps on stage I asked him to help me.
Looking forward to this.
