Camp is as follows:
8:00 - 8:15am Check in
8:15 - 8:30am Short warm up
9:00 - 11:00am On ice, skating day 1, stickhandling/drills day 2, battles and games day 3
11:15 - 12:45pm Off ice Conditioning
1:00pm pick up
Please be sure to bring: a jersey (ours are stuck in jacksonville)
Waterbottle
Sneakers
Off ice Clothing
Full gear, skates, stick
snack or protein bar
