200hr All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training
In 7 months, 7 weekend immersions, weekly practice and weekly lectures (for 7 months), you will become a 200hr Lucky Cat Yoga All Levels Vinyasa Yoga teacher. You will learn the art of yoga and meditation that includes essential foundational postures, yoga anatomy, meditations, breath work, sequencing, mantra, prop use, history, philosophy, intro to: chair, kids, and prenatal yoga, and the business of yoga.

Required hours:

7 immersion weekends

Weekend immersion hours:
January - July
Friday 6-9
Saturday 9-4
Sunday 9-4

Weekly Lecture and Teaching clinic:
1 per week for 7 months
8:15-9:00AM

1-2 practice per week for 7 months with Eric and Erin

Space is limited to 15 students.
