Our Youth & Teen members gain lifelong gifts of personal success, confidence, discipline, and self defense. Our Adult Members get results and growth with every class. We’re proud of every single person who went out there, challenged themselves, and put their skills to the test. Win or lose, these are the days that make you better and show how much all that hard work in the gym is paying off.

Our Open House Drill & Grill will be taking place this Saturday, 10am at Gracie PAC! Students can bring in family and friends to enjoy some fun rolls and great food on the grill with tasty sides too! Any kind of drinks are allowed and games and lessons will be available for the kids as well!

Our Open House Drill & Grill is open to all students and non-students this Saturday, 10am at Gracie PAC! Bring friends and family to enjoy some fun rolls and great food on the grill with delicious sides too! Everyone is allowed to bring any kind of their own drinks and we’ll have games and lessons for the kids as well!

HUGE congratulations to our guy Frankie Vellejo who fought for the Real Cage Fighting Featherweight title in Valrico last night! 🏆
Round 1 was a back and forth fight with both guys dropping each other! Round 2 started and Frankie took over from there landing heavy blows on the feet hurting and dropping his opponent before getting on top and securing a 2nd round submission to end the night for the team! 😤
We look forward to seeing him in the pro’s very soon! 🫡

Austin landed a beautiful takedown right at the start of the fight and kept working from there landing heavy blows from up top and ended up securing a 1st round submission to end the fight! 😤
