Celebrating a 6-pound loss! With a solid routine of lifting 3-4 times a week and adding 20-minute stair sessions for cardio three times a week, the progress is real. His dedication and hard work are paying off, and he’s well on his way to reaching his goal of 175 lbs!

So proud of this client! He’s been super consistent these past few months and it’s really paying off. He’s lost a good amount of body fat and is sticking with strength training 3-4 times a week. Now, we’re focusing on adding some muscle mass! 💪🏻 Keep up the good work!
