Big reason why I cut out private individual lessons... it’s filled with mostly useless and constant cues to plug up time. Even some go to the extend of ranting about their playing days and what they did back in 2007 (their “client” wasn’t born yet) Others word vomit what they learned at the newest and hottest conference or certification course. Throwing out $20 words to justify charging $$$$ an hour.
Paralysis by analysis…
Open the doors.
Have structure and a plan.

Let them work.
Address as needed.
Teach different. Be different.
Stand out differently.

Been a fun week outside of training. Fun side project that I’ve kindof been rolling full steam ahead with is working with Pipeline Sports getting this tracker dialed in for softball as well as some nerdy suggestions on my part. I saw them pop up on my algorithm and I immediately reached out.
Don’t guess… assess.
Great for those that truly want to get better at the position. I may have been the one that suggested the Where This Lands in regards to an actual pop time 😉 I love having data to back that up. It’s not perfect but I’m glad someone smarter than me in tech is listening to things I’ve been wanting for years in softball.
Hoping this will be good to use for my next two workshops in Durham, NC and Eau Claire, WI. Immediate feedback post-workshop for the girls. I still have slots open for both so please reach out if interested! Durham is September 19th and Eau Claire is September 26th.
