💥 Have you been told this LIE from your doctor?
❌ So many people have been told disc herniations can’t heal

Or you’ve been told you need to stop all exercise and just deal with it
🔑 The reality is that this couldn’t be further from the truth!
Disc herniations are very common, and easily fixable without surgery!
In fact, 97% can recover without surgery using movement as the cure!
You just need 2 things to resolve this:
1. Don’t let typical healthcare frighten you to death

💥 Tight hamstrings are just a symptom!
❌ Almost everyone with sciatica has tight hamstrings, but it’s not because tight hamstrings are the problem!
Your hamstrings are tight because your disc/nerve are telling them to be tight to restrict the movement of your nerve/lower back to avoid injury!
This is a defense response to try and protect you, and is NOT something that should be focused on.
If you are focusing on your hamstrings as a solution you are wasting your time, and probably just making the situation worse.
🔑 The key here is that by understanding your tight hamstrings are a symptom, now you know to change your focus towards the root of the issue, the low back/nerve!
Once we find the right exercises for you to address your lower back, then your hamstrings will IMMEDIATELY feel looser as a result!
This will tell us we are properly addressing the root of the issue and we can build a plan around the low back, NOT based on symptoms!

💥 Your Chair Might Be Why Your Lower Back Feels So Stiff
❌ Sitting for hours keeps your spine and hips in the same position.
Then you stand up…
And your back feels tight, stiff, and painful.
🔑 Instead of just sitting through it, get your spine and hips moving again 👇
1️⃣ Seated Knee Pull — move through flexion & extension
2️⃣ Thoracic Extension — open up your mid back
3️⃣ Seated Hip Opener — restore hip mobility
4️⃣ Seated Hip Hinge — wake up your glutes & back muscles
5️⃣ Seated Spinal Rotation — restore rotation
These movements can help reduce your pain and stiffness by getting your spine and hips moving again.

💥 Low back pain rarely needs rest!
❌ Many people are told to stop moving, lie down, and “let it heal” whenever back pain shows up.
But prolonged rest weakens muscles, reduces tolerance, and often makes pain last longer.
That’s why symptoms return as soon as normal life resumes.
Why does this happen?
🔑 Low back pain improves with better movement, not avoidance.
Building strength restores confidence in your body.
And confidence reduces pain over time.

💥 That Viral Back Pain Exercise Wasn’t Made for YOUR Back
❌ You find an exercise online.
You try it for a week…
And somehow your pain gets worse.
That doesn’t necessarily mean you did the exercise wrong.
🔑 The exercise may simply not match YOUR symptoms.
Back pain isn’t one-size-fits-all.
What helps one person can aggravate another depending on their pain pattern, movement tolerance, and current capacity.
Stop choosing exercises because they’re popular. Choose them based on how YOUR back responds.
