Real Bucs Fans Unite

Per multiple reports, Baker’s yearly asking price is around $44 million. Bucs allegedly gave an offer in the range of $25 million. It should be noted these reports should be taken with a grain of salt, but theoretically, should the Bucs make such an investment in Baker? Are you guys confident Baker could lead the Bucs to the promise land or should the Bucs go the free agency/draft route as a much cheaper option?

The Buccaneers are still on the hunt for their Offensive Coordinator. A decision will hopefully be made sooner than later. The Bucs need to be hard at work with all the reports of their staff leaving for other positions. Who do you guys want to see as the Bucs’ new OC and will it affect the Bucs’ ability to retain Mayfield?

Bucs will be facing off with a hot and hungry Detroit Lions team. If they’re going to stand a chance, they’re going to need a repeat of last week. This is the game that will show if the Bucs are contenders or pretenders. Fortunately for us Bucs fans, it feels like we’re playing with house money. Regardless of the outcome, it has been a heck of a season. The future looks bright and we all should be excited. Now let’s go tame some lions!

It’s Victory Tuesday Bucs fans! The doubters probably woke up thinking it was just a nightmare. There was a lot of chatter throughout the week from the sAints and Falcons fanbases. Many claimed the Bucs would be one and done. Feels great to be a Bucs fan right now!

As for the game, the Bucs played aggressive and Todd Bowles’ defense showed signs of the 2020 playoff run. Baker was baking all night. Next week will be a tough matchup against the Detroit Lions. The Bucs will need a repeat of last night.

Keys for a win:
Bucs defense has to do a few things to slow an already irractic Eagles team. They will need to keep the pressure on Jalen Hurts at all times. Todd Bowles needs to be dialed in with the play calling. Bucs need some key players to step up tonight. Devin White’s speed will be crucial in stopping Jalen Hurts. Jamel Dean and Carlton Davis will need to be zoned in on DeVonta Smith. Our DBs need to take advantage of an Eagles team without AJ Brown. Lastly, the DLine needs to step up. Calijah Kancey and Vita Vea need to clog the interior while Shaq Barrett and Yaya Diaby puts pressure on Hurts.

Todd Bowles most likely saved his job for at least another season. Though there is belief that if the Buccaneers are blown out this Monday, Todd Bowles’ job will be in jeopardy. Ironically, this offseason will consist of some big name coaches looking for new HC jobs. Hypothetically, if you had your choice of a new HC, who would you choose?

Not impressed with the win whatsoever but at least we have division bragging rights!!!! ☠️
