1 on 1 personal training, bootcamp classes, and online coaching. I use my own personal weight loss experience of over 100 pounds as well my athletic background in Division 3 college football along with my NASM and PTAG training certifications in order to help any client reach their goals. Whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, simply maintaining, or athletic performance. I have had multiple successful clients in all of these areas, and I want you to be the next success!

Transformation Tuesday client edition today!! Only 6 weeks in and this lady has dropped 9 pounds even with a week long family vacation squeezed in there! How'd she do it?

- macro tracking
- structured workouts
- REDUCED cardio (yes you read that right)

to my first client show of the year a few weeks ago!

Extremely successful weekend as Jess walked away with a 1st place finish in her class and a national qualification!! Couldn't have been more excited and happy for her after the work she has put the last 7 or 8 months with me!

It was a great start to the competition season for the team and got me even more excited for the season! Stay tuned for some big things this year from TG Fitness 💪

Hey guys, November bootcamp schedule is up! A couple switch ups from the normal routine due to traveling plans this month so pay attention to the dates! All you regulars can help me determine a time for 11/22 once we get closer to the date. Lets roll into this holiday season in great shape!

Hey guys the September Bootcamp schedule is up! The first weekend of the month is a holiday weekend so changed up the times a bit so you all can still stay on track with your fitness goals and have plenty of time to enjoy enjoy the weekend with friends!

Also, I would like to make the proceeds from either this Saturday or Monday's class go to the Hurricane Harvey relief fund. If we have enough people interested then we can do both days foe the fund! So please share this and get as many people as you can to join this weekend. Please try to RSVP so I know if I will need to make more than 1 time slot available.
