A huge congratulations to our amazing Mt Song Sanda warriors who fought in their first official fights for their records this past weekend!
A special shout out to who switched up to boxing rules at the last minute and did her first ever boxing match...wowow🔥
Both did amazing and fought all three rounds with heart and skill. While both fights went to their opponents by decision, lasting until the end is in truth an incredible achievement for a first fight.
These two warriors are still #1 to us.
Few people ever step in the ring to test their ability, even sometimes students that have trained for years and years, not just because it is scary or challenging, but also because one has to be okay "eating bitter".
Every challenge is an opportunity for strengthening of the mind, development of spirit, and growth of self.

This is one of our most Fun events of the year. This year we will have a specific focus on pruning and wiring the trees. Bring your own tree or get a new tree for your collection. We'll also have Organic Tea and snacks and blooming great company 😊 See you all there! 🌳🌞 🌸 🍵🌱
