100 Workouts Strong 🥹💪🏻

Jess recently reached an incredible milestone, 100 workouts completed at Alloy!

Through consistent training 3 times per week, she has lost around 30 pounds while building a significant amount of lean muscle along the way.

What makes Jessica’s transformation so impressive isn’t just the number on the scale. It’s the commitment she has shown week after week, choosing to show up for herself even when progress wasn’t always immediate.

Her strength, confidence, and overall fitness have improved tremendously, and the results speak for themselves.

It’s called the “afterburn effect” (EPOC) your body continues using energy for hours while repairing and recovering muscle tissue.

This is one of the reasons why structured strength training can be so powerful for body composition, metabolism, and long-term results… not just endless cardio. 👏🏼

Trainer Tip Tuesday! 💁🏼‍♀️
A lot of people become frustrated when the scale is not dropping as quickly as they expected, even though they are consistently training, eating better, getting stronger, and feeling better overall.

But body composition changes are not always reflected by scale weight alone.

When someone starts building more lean muscle while reducing body fat, the number on the scale may move slower than expected or sometimes barely move at all for a period of time. That does not mean progress is not happening.

This is exactly why body scans can be such a valuable tool. They allow us to look deeper than just total body weight and better understand what is actually changing over time.

At Alloy, we want our members focusing on long-term progress, health, strength, energy, and creating a body that functions and feels better, not becoming discouraged by a single number on the scale.

If you haven’t completed your updated body scan in the last 30 days, this is your reminder 👏🏼
