100 Workouts Strong 🥹💪🏻
Jess recently reached an incredible milestone, 100 workouts completed at Alloy!
Through consistent training 3 times per week, she has lost around 30 pounds while building a significant amount of lean muscle along the way.
What makes Jessica’s transformation so impressive isn’t just the number on the scale. It’s the commitment she has shown week after week, choosing to show up for herself even when progress wasn’t always immediate.
Her strength, confidence, and overall fitness have improved tremendously, and the results speak for themselves.
We couldn’t be more proud of everything she’s accomplished and we’re excited to see what she achieves next.
