The Home for the Baseball and Softball Athlete
The HomeRun Academy is specifically designed for baseball and softball athletes looking to advance in their sport in the fields of strength and power development as well as speed and agility enhancement throughout the entire year and revolves around the hectic baseball/softball schedules.
The main focus of this program is to give each athlete the tools needed for the opportunity to further their career in baseball or softball. Each session will focus on baseball/softball specific strength and conditioning with injury prevention and rehabilitation corrective exercises to ensure longevity in the athlete’s sport.
