Business Insider asked me about giving p3ptides to my dying 14-year-old dog…
Honestly, I wasn’t planning on any of this. I just wanted to keep our dog healthy and alive.
But one day, after 2 months of his protocol, we decided to share the results on Twitter/X.
Just a casual tweet. Didn’t think too much of it.
But then it blew up! Russell Brand and Huberman quote-tweeted it.
Now we’re leaning into this even deeper. Building a whole brand around dog longevity: acupuncture, cold laser therapy, extensive labs, mycotoxin testing, heavy metal testing, and other longevity therapies.
On top of that, we want to build a rescue and ultimately help as many dogs as we can.

To help you create your own vision of what is possible for yourself, so that your success is truly a spiritual journey.
“P3ptides are cheating.”
I get that all the time.
“Oh my gosh, just do it naturally.”
But would you build a house with your bare hands?
Brick by brick, without using power tools?

This might be the most underrated anti-anxiety p3ptide on the market.
I use it before high-stress situations where I need to stay calm without losing my edge.
Selank is a synthetic version of tuftsin, a p3ptide found naturally in the immune system.
The 2008 study found that Selank reduced anxiety as much as medazepam did. The difference is that benzos are sedatives, while Selank provided relief without making people sleepy or slowing their thinking. It even had a mild stimulating effect.
The medazepam group dealt with dizziness, dry mouth, and muscle weakness. The Selank group had almost no adverse events, and no one showed signs of withdrawal when they stopped taking it.
A later 2014 study found the anti-anxiety and cognitive benefits stayed active for seven days post-treatment.
The strongest theory involves enkephalinase inhibition. Selank inhibits enzymes that break down enkephalins, your brain’s natural opioids. It also seems to modulate the GABA system, and rat studies found intranasal Selank increased BDNF levels in the hippocampus.
Personally, I prefer nasal sprays. I did two 12-week injectable cycles to build the foundation. Now I use nasal spray as needed.
Selank also pairs insanely well with my morning coffee. It really balances out the caffeine.
If you want the exact one I use, comment “SELANK” and I’ll send it over.

The ultimate s3xmaxing p3ptide stack that doesn’t involve Vi**ra at all.
We have three p3ptides, each targeting a different part of s3x:
Desire, Arousal & er****on and Or**sm.
And this is not theoretical. There’s human data behind all of these.
First, Kisspeptin.
In men with low sexual desire, it significantly increased pe**le tumescence, up to 56% more than placebo.
Basically, it will make your we**ie a lot harder and more full.
Second, PT-141, or Bremelanotide.
It works on pathways in the brain involved in the sexual desire and arousal response.
Third, Oxytocin.
In one human study, OXT increased the intensity of or**sm and contentment after sexual in*******se.
Nobody has tested this exact combination, so I won’t say this is a proven stack.
Comment “NAUGHTY” and I’ll send you the research.

My 14 year old dog was dying, but my family was not ready to say goodbye.
So we put him on p3ptides…
Six months ago, he was slowing down fast, limping, achy, couldn’t jump on the couch. We really did think his life was coming to an end.
But today our boy is running, jumping, going on longer walks and even has his hearing back.
This whole thing started with BPC-157 and TB-500.
Within just a few weeks, we saw improvements in limping and stiffness.
Then we put him on TRT. From the very first shot, he became a different dog.
Six months ago, we were counting the time that we had left with him. Now I genuinely believe we have another five plus years.
Comment “PAW” and I’ll send you the exact protocol that brought our boy and many other dogs back.

This might be the most underrated dopamine compound on planet earth.
This is called Bromantane.
And here’s why it’s different…
Instead of whipping your dopamine or spending it, it turns up the enzyme that produces dopamine and increases the receptor density.
So your brain literally makes and uses more of it all.
No crash, no tolerance, no spiral and no jitter.
I run 50 to 100mg a couple times a day, and I love it.
Comment “BRO” and I’ll send you the exact one I use.

Bromantane may be a God-level nootropic.
It gives me this calm energy without jitters. It also feels as if it permanently increased my motivation.
Bromantane was made in Russia back in the 1980s, originally to keep soldiers and pilots functioning under stress and exhaustion.
Russian pharmacology actually has a name for this class of drug: an actoprotector.
Most stimulants, e.g. Adderall, force your brain to dump out dopamine it’s already storing up.
Bromantane works differently. It turns up enzymes your brain uses to build dopamine from scratch, rather than just draining what’s already sitting there.
In rat studies, a single dose more than doubled the activity of the main dopamine-producing enzyme within about two hours.
It also turns up GABA, the brain chemical tied to relaxation, which is a strange thing to pair with a dopamine boost.
That combination is probably why it makes you feel calm and clear instead of wired, at least in my own experience using it.
Bromantane doesn’t get talked about much, and it definitely should.
I think it’s one of the most underrated dopamine compounds out there right now.

I use NAD+ every single morning.
But I don’t take it as an injectable or through an IV.
I spray it up my nose.
NAD+ is basically part of the energy infrastructure your cells run on. It helps turn food into ATP, but it also gets consumed by enzymes involved in DNA repair, inflammation and stress response.
And this is where nasal NAD+ gets interesting.
Your nasal cavity has a huge blood supply, so compounds can enter circulation without first going through the gut. The upper part of your nose also connects to olfactory and trigeminal pathways that run toward the brain.
In a 2007 rat study, researchers gave NAD+ intranasally and found significantly higher NAD+ levels in the brain within 30 minutes.
The same researchers later tested it after cerebral ischemia and found significantly less brain damage and fewer neurological deficits.
I personally use NAD+ every morning with methylene blue and some high-quality cocoa to support cellular energy, keep my brain sharp, and target some of the same pathways I’m already interested in for longevity.
If you want the exact one I use, comment “NAD” and I’ll send it over.

Two of the most underrated p3ptides I’ve researched: Epithalon and Pinealon.
My best personal experience was researching both of them together, especially around circadian rhythm.
The Russians claim to have used this combination for increasing telomere length, which is tied to longevity.
But what stood out most to me was how present I felt.
It raised my consciousness. I woke up feeling hyper aware.
Comment “UNDERRATED” for more info on both p3ptides

There’s one effect of GLP-1 drugs that might be even more important than weight loss, and almost nobody is talking about it.
Researchers combined 21 randomized trials with nearly 100,000 people taking drugs like s3maglutide and tirz3patide to see what was actually happening to them.
The results went way beyond weight loss.
15% fewer heart attacks
10% fewer heart failure events
13% fewer cardiovascular deaths
9% lower acute kidney failure
But there was one number that stood out more than all the others.
People taking GLP-1s were 12% less likely to die from any cause.
Of course, these aren’t side effect-free.
But are mild digestive issues and gallbladder problems worth the trade-off?
