5-star spa experience at the Fairmont Austin ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After an incredible week at the BEYOND Conference, this was truly the cherry on top. The spa was beautiful, relaxing, luxurious, and exactly what my nervous system needed.

BOOK DANNER THE MASSEUSE- best massage I’ve had in years.

Upgrade the cold plunge. 🧊

When you’re offering contrast therapy in a high-end spa, a true commercial-grade cold plunge is the way to go — especially one with proper filtration, sanitation, and yes… a hair filter. Because nobody wants mystery hair floating around in their recovery ritual. 😅

Overall, I had an amazing experience and would absolutely go back.

When you can improve your ability to use momentum as a force of movement, you take pressure off the joints that are resisting gravity. For example, when I improve peoples dorsiflexion/ plantarflexion, basically—>their ankle mobility in general, they have that ability to push off and receive their movement so much better which takes pressure off the knees and the hips. Just like my Bugsy here we were working on his hip, his knees, but also the range of motion and the most distal part of his little cute leg, dislike working the fingers in the toes, the wrist and the ankle, so improve shoulder and hip. Ps- I’m super tolerant, but these are the blanketed statements, the gap is big from where they are and where your guidance would help them achieve. But if they don’t want it. The battle is not yours… spend your energy water seeds. Not trying to replant whole trees. When they are ready the roots will grow….if ever.

Join us every Tuesday morning throughout the summer for a beautiful donation-based sunrise yoga experience at Cypress Park.

The park opens at sunrise, so we’ll meet as the sun comes up and begin our flow shortly after.

Yoga is more than the pose. The posture is just one aspect. Together, we’ll dive deeper — literally and figuratively — into breath, movement, presence, and the beauty of beginning the day by the water.
