Thirty-seven years ago today, Judy and I won the WWF Women’s Tag Team Championship.

This photo was taken yesterday, and that’s the part that means the most to me.

After all these years, we’re still traveling together, still sharing stories, still laughing about things that happened decades ago as if they were yesterday.

Following our appearance this weekend, we sat in the hotel room talking and laughing the same way we always have. Some friendships are bigger than wrestling, and Judy has been one of the greatest blessings this business ever gave me.

Being able to see old friends, meet a new generation of talent, and still be welcomed into this world after all these years is something I never take for granted.

Wrestling has given me memories, friendships, and experiences beyond anything I could have imagined when I first stepped into a ring.

Thank you to every fan, promoter, referee, crew member, wrestler, and friend who has been part of the journey.

Most of all, thank you to God for every blessing along the way.

Thirty-seven years later, and I’m still grateful to be here.

“I saw Sting several times on his last face paint tour, and he recognized me, greeted me the same way each time, but said before he is horrible with names.

When I saw him at Wrestlecade and I said my name for the personalization, he repeated my name after every sentence when we chatted (Glad you could make it, Stacy. How was the drive, Stacy? See you next month, Stacy.) and I thought it was weird. It was his way of remembering, I guess bc when I saw him at his final appearance in paint, he looked at me and asked if he should make it out to Stacy and smiled (bc he finally remembered my name).

And I deadpanned, “Why would you do that?” 🤣

It was very sweet of him to go out of his way to remember my name even though I said it was totally unnecessary. Such a genuinely kind human being.
