We're doing our part to flatten the curve and enforcing social distancing in large groups.

Walks and running around your own neighborhoods are good alternatives avoiding crowds as well as some in home exercise.

And until otherwise, please consider our frequent local restaurants to help support struggling businesses during this time.

Another successful year of water station teamwork from our fabulous FrontRunners team. Congrats to all the runners and participants.

Volunteered for the Gasparilla 15K run today. Started out cold but it ended up bring s beautiful day!! Congrats to all the runners!! You were all inspiring!!

Due to the Gasparilla Distance Classic Race Saturday we will not be meeting up for our usual run.

Instead we will be helping with the water station starting at 6am at the "slinky sculpture" /Fred Ball Park /Bayshore & Rubideaux.

If you did not sign up to volunteer don't worry, you can still show up and help - the more the merrier. Feel free to wear anything fun and festive as you cheer on the racers.

Afterwards we'll all meet up for some food to celebrate a volunteer job well done.
