Thursdays 9:00–9:45 AM

A high-energy 45-minute dance workout with rotating styles each class. Simple, easy-to-follow movement designed to keep you moving, build stamina, and leave you feeling strong, confident, and sweating.(all ages)

Adult Contemporary (starting Thursday, May 7th)
Thursdays 6:15–7:00 PM

A fundamentals-based contemporary class focused on learning how to let go and truly move your body. Expect a mix of technique, stretch, and release.
