Shandra Brooks, OTR/L, MSOT Founder & Lead Occupational Therapist
Shandra Brooks is a licensed and registered occupational therapist with over 11 years of clinical experience and more than 15 years working directly with the older adult community. A proud graduate of Florida A&M University, Shandra founded Lewa Kadara LLC with a clear mission: to increase health literacy and improve quality of life for older adults through education, prevention, and rehabilitation.
Her passion for empowering aging populations is rooted in both professional expertise and personal commitment. Shandra brings evidence-based strategies, compassionate care, and a mobile-first approach to health and wellness—ensuring that clients receive meaningful support without the barriers of traditional healthcare systems.
Whether she’s leading a fall-prevention workshop, conducting home evaluations, or speaking at community events, Shandra’s work reflects her belief that everyone deserves access to informed, proactive care—no doctor’s orders required.
