FREE WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE SEMINAR 🥋

Join us Saturday, June 20th from 1:00–2:30 PM for a beginner-friendly women’s self-defense seminar led by RMNU Women’s Instructor Brianna Mayo alongside 8x World Champion and 6th Degree Black Belt Robson Moura.

This seminar is designed to help women feel more confident, aware, and empowered through practical self-defense concepts in a safe and supportive environment.

You do NOT need to be athletic or experienced to attend. This class is built for everyday women looking to learn, move, and grow in a positive community atmosphere.
