Getting progress while dealing with Crohn’s, running a business and raising a toddler is a massive challenge. Taylor felt like she was doing everything right but she was under eating and feeling worse every day.

We didn’t just try to work harder. We worked smarter by dialing in an anti inflammatory diet and bringing in healthy fats and carbs to support her lagging functions. We prioritized rest and made sure her lifestyle habits were actually reflective of the body she wanted.

Progress isn’t about having a perfect new meal plan every single day. It’s about having a solid outline of foods you actually like and can eat consistently without it being bland or boring. We focused on doable foods and used specific supplementation to fill in the gaps so she was still getting the nutrients she needed to perform.

Even with kids making sleep and wake times difficult we focused on keeping things within a consistent window to help her circadian rhythm and daily energy. Tomorrow always thanks you for that extra hour of sleep.

The result is a total body recomposition and a massive jump in mental clarity and energy. Taylor is now showing up as the best version of herself for her family and her business. That is the Higher Standard.

Men have to stop being lied to. Take it from a man who’s seen both sides. I lifted for years naturally, dragging myself through days low energy, slow results in the gym, bedroom performance issues… until I finally got my blood work looked at and saw where I was.

Taking matters into my own hands was the best thing I’ve ever done and I have a life I love because I stopped listening to the doctor and started listening to how I felt

When your only line of sight is the end goal, it’s always gonna feel overwhelming, out of reach, impossible… what we don’t realize is it’s the small daily actions and choices that make us feel better about ourselves and feel better internally. That’s what drives the mind to want to do more, and more and more, and then one day you wake up with those abs and 3 inches off your waistline

Men that are doing everything right and still can’t get the body they want , tod is a perfect example.

He came in and said I want to be leaner. I want bigger arms. I want better legs. I want to not have shoulder pain

And we NAILED every last goal. He has a major background in fitness. He’s had coaches. He just never had this ONE thing

Me. No im kidding but seriously he was eating right training getting steps cardio etc. but he was doing what he’d always done.

What you guys have to understand is that every body is different. And every body. Red something different at different times in your life. My job is to create that plan for YOU
